KEYS' Workshops Terms & Conditions

Some of our workshops will require a ticket. For these workshops, please read through these Terms and Conditions carefully before finalising your ticket purchase.

  1.  If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), KEYS will provide a full refund.
      • If an event is cancelled, you do not need to apply for a refund as we will automatically attempt to process a refund back to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket.
      • For rescheduled or relocated events, where you cannot or do not wish to attend, you must apply for a refund within
        • 4 weeks after notification of the reschedule or relocation OR
        • 72 hours prior to the event, whichever is the earlier of these two options.

If you do not request a refund by that date, you will have agreed to the reschedule or relocation and will not be entitled to claim a refund.

  2. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law KEYS is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind. However, KEYS will provide a refund up to 10 business days before an event.

  3. For cancellations within 10 days of an event, provided notification is provided prior to the advertised start time of the event, KEYS will issue a Credit Voucher.

  4. Failure to attend without notification, as outlined in sections 1, 2 and 3, will result in a cancellation of the ticket with no refund or voucher being issued.

  5. Credit Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be used towards any other workshop delivered by KEYS. Credit vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

  6. Tickets are required to attend an event, including proof of concessions if applicable. KEYS will replace lost tickets free of charge provided proof of identity is provided (this can be done at the door). NOTE: Trybooking will apply a 2.5% processing fee per transaction and a .50c fee per ticket

  7. Parent workshops and Professional Development days are not suitable for children to attend due to the nature of the content and out of respect for other members of the group. Consideration may be given for babies in arms who are breastfeeding, however this MUST be discussed with the event coordinator PRIOR to the event as the content will not always be appropriate. Caregivers who bring a child of any age to an event, without prior agreement from KEYS, risk being denied entry.

  8. KEYS is obligated to comply with Health Department and Government directives and guidelines regarding communicable diseases. Any updates and changes to directives for group activities will be communicated with ticket holders prior to the event. KEYS reserves the right to deny entry to ticket holders who:
    • Display cold and flu like symptoms
    • Do not comply with current Health Department and Government directives,
    • Are unable to show proof of exemption.

  9. By purchasing a ticket you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
