KEYS' Workshops Terms & Conditions

Some of our workshops will require a ticket. For these workshops, please read through these Terms and Conditions carefully before finalising your ticket purchase.

  1. By purchasing a ticket you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
  2. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law KEYS is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind. However, KEYS will provide a refund up to 10 business days before an event.
  3. For cancellations within 10 days of an event, provided notification is provided prior to the advertised start time of the event, KEYS will issue a Credit Voucher.
  4. A minimum number of participants is required for each event. Where this minimum is not reached within 48 hours of the start date, the event will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided as per section 5.
  5. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), KEYS will provide a full refund.
  6. If an event is cancelled, you do not need to apply for a refund as we will automatically attempt to process a refund back to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         a. 8. Trybooking will apply a 2.5% processing fee per transaction and a .50c fee per ticket. Tickets are required to attend an event, including proof of concessions if applicable. KEYS will replace lost tickets free of charge provided proof of identity is provided (this can be done at the door).
  9. Parent workshops and Professional Development days are not suitable for children to attend due to the nature of the content and out of respect for other members of the group. Consideration may be given for babies in arms who are breastfeeding, however this MUST be discussed with the event coordinator PRIOR to the event as the content will not always be appropriate. Caregivers who bring a child of any age to an event, without prior agreement from KEYS, risk being denied entry.
