KEYS Parent Workshops Terms and Conditions

1. KEYS uses the TryBooking platform for Parent Workshop Bookings. Any booking information entered on this platform will not be used by KEYS for any purpose other than stated in Clause 2. Your information is not stored by KEYS nor shared with any third party.                    Please note that KEYS has no affiliation with TryBooking. TryBooking’s Privacy Policy can be found here

2. By registering to attend a workshop you agree to be contacted by KEYS via email, text, or phone call to receive information about the workshop.

3. Parent Workshops are not suitable for children or teenagers to attend. Consideration may be given for infants who are non-mobile and breastfeeding; however, this must be discussed with the event coordinator prior to the event, as the content may not always be suitable. Caregivers who bring a child of any age without prior agreement from KEYS may be denied entry.

4. KEYS is funded to provide free Universal Parenting programs for parents and carers residing in the Cities of Kwinana, Rockingham, Cockburn, Melville, and Fremantle, with children aged from birth to 18 years. Where all spaces are filled, priority will be given to parents and carers within these funding boundaries. Ticket holders residing outside these areas may be placed on a waitlist for future sessions and will be notified accordingly.

5. KEYS is required to comply with Health Department and Government directives and guidelines regarding communicable diseases for group activities. Any updates or changes to these directives will be communicated to ticket holders prior to the event.
KEYS reserves the right to deny entry to ticket holders who:
     a. Display cold or flu-like symptoms;
     b. Do not comply with current Health Department and Government directives; or
     c. Are unable to provide proof of exemption where required.

6. By registering to attend a Parenting Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
